Yukio (Digimon OC)

Yukio is one of the five “Accidental” Digi-Destined to enter the Digital World.

Yukio is a relatively quiet boy and is very kind. He dislikes violence, and his passive attitude made it easy for others to push him around. Over the years, he has gotten better at getting around altercations. He can come up with clever solutions quickly, and confidently uses his skills to solve all his challenges.

Upon entering the Digital World, Yukio’s pacifistic methods are part of the reason most of the team chose to make him their leader. Though he doesn’t care much for leading others, he is confident in his ability to get them through the unknown world better than his more aggressive companions. He is partnered with Mushroomon and is the bearer of the Crest of Confidence.

Yukio wears a green shirt and blue shorts. He wears a green headband over blonde, spiky hair. He clips his Digivice to his waist.



Mushroomon becomes Yukio’s partner after evolving through the power of Yukio’s Digivice. This happened in order to stop Drimogemon from attacking Mushroomon’s forest home.

Mushroomon is a small Plant Digimon in the shape of a poisonous mushroom.  It wears pink gloves with skull and crossbones on the back, and pink shoes with spores on them. More spores grow up its arms. Its cap is purple with yellow rings.

Mushroomon grows tiny mushroom bombs out of its body that induce various afflictions. If one gets hit with these mushroom bombs, they may become unable to stop laughing, become completely paralyzed, lose their memories, or other various symptoms. Its signature move, Poison Smash, releases its tiny mushroom bombs all at once.

Mushroomon can have an ill-tempered personality and often tries to bully others. This puts it in contrast with Yukio, and the two tend to balance each other out quite well. Mushroomon likes to make fun of Yukio and give him a hard time for the sake of fun. Since Yukio is used to dealing with actions like this, he can easily put up with it. Although Mushroomon generally has a dominating personality, it actually has a shy side, and always conceals half of its face. When this side shows more, it can be seen that Mushroomon shares a brotherly bond with Yukio.
